The main airports in Denmark are Aarhus Airport, Copenhagen Airport, Aalborg Airport and, Billund Airport.

The conference venue is Aarhus Concert Hall located in the centre of Aarhus 450 meters from the Central Train Station as well as the bus station in Aarhus, approximately 5 minutes by foot.

Aarhus Airport is the nearest airport and located approximately 45 kilometres/27 miles from Aarhus.

Bus: The airport offers a shuttle bus service from the airport to Aarhus Central Train Station. The departure time of the bus is aligned with flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, the bus departure time is changed accordingly. The bus is parked right in front of the airport main entrance.

The shuttle bus is marked 925X and travelling time is approximately 45-50 minutes.

Price: 115 DKK/15.5 EUR.
You can pay by credit card (Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, V Pay, JCB, China Union Pay or American Express) or cash (DKK, EUR, pound sterling, USD, NOK, SEK or CHF).

Taxi: Taxis are parked in front of the airport close to the arrival hall.

Billund Airport is located 95 kilometres/59 miles from Aarhus. You can transfer to Aarhus by shuttle bus service or taxi.

Bus: The shuttle bus is parked in front of the airport and takes you to Aarhus bus station. The bus is marked 912X and the travel time is approximately 90 minutes. The shuttle bus is parked in front of the airport.

Taxi: Taxis are parked in front of the airport close to the arrival hall.

Price: The price starts at 1780 DKK DKK/240 EUR depending on time of day and weekday. Taxis accept cash or credit cards.

Aalborg Airport is located 130 kilometres/81 miles from Aarhus. The easiest way to get from the airport to Aarhus is by train.

Train: In close connection to Aalborg Airport, there is a direct train to Aarhus Central Train Station. Travel time is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Please note that tickets must be purchased at the station before boarding the train.

Price: 120-200 DKK/16-27 EUR.

Bus: The cheapest way to get to Aarhus is by bus. The bus is parked close to the arrival hall in front of the airport.

Copenhagen Airport is the largest airport in Denmark and located approximately 305 kilometres/190 miles from Aarhus.

Train: The easiest way how to get to Aarhus is by train. There are trains going directly from Copenhagen Airport to Aarhus Central Train Station. The train station is located in terminal 3. Please note that tickets must be purchased at the station before boarding the train.

Travel time is approximately 3 hours 15 minutes.

Price: 300-415 DKK/40-56 EUR.

Bus: The cheapest way to get to Aarhus is by bus. FLIXbus is a direct bus from the airport to Aarhus bus station. The FLIXbus is located at car park 10 (P10) close to terminal 3.

Travel time is approximately 4 hours 15 minutes.

Price: 130-250 DKK/20-34 EUR.
