Good practices:
- · We recommend maximum 1 slide per minute of speaking time. This means approximately 10-15 slides maximum for your 15 minutes oral presentation
- · Make sure the letters on your slides are large enough.
- · There is no official conference template; e.g. a powerpoint template from your own organization.
- · Please arrive well in advance of your presentation
Poster Presenter Details
Time for poster presentations has been allocated in the conference programme and delegates will have the opportunity to visit your poster on different time slots. A small timetable will be attached to the poster wall. At the first day of the conference, we kindly ask you to fill in your timetable indicating when you will be present at the poster and open for dialogue with delegates.

They will inform you of your poster location. We recommend to attach the poster with powerstrips (double sided poster tape) to the poster wall. The poster can also be attached with e.g., regular tape or blu-tack adhesive.
