The congress will take place in Aarhus, a very lively city with more than 50.000 university students, located at the seaside of Jutland.
The Scientific programme will cover all aspects of reproduction such as pregnancy, birth, post-partum, and family health. The conference includes symposia, workshops, and keynote sessions, roundtable talks as well as parallel sessions.

General information
The NLNB22 will be the perfect opportunity to interact with the health professionals in midwifery, gynecology, obstetrics, nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, and other fields related to reproduction as well as organisations working within this area.
Scientific Programme
The Conference normally draws up to 500 delegates. The last two years, the conference has been reorganized being an online event with no social contact between the delegates and the industry.
The scientific programme will be very broad and didactic and will among other topics include updates on the health of the mother, child and her family, trauma experiences during the reproductive period, different models of care and technology, interventions used in pregnancy and birth, birth environments, pain-relief, communication between healthcare professionals and the families, use of digital devices to assist communication.
Accommodation
KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in the city center. It will be possible to book your accommodation directly through the conference website.
Language
The official language of the Conference will be English.

- Sponsorship of a lunch symposium of 45 minutes. The programme including speakers and titles of presentations will be posted on the conference website in advance.

- 1/1 page advert in the final programme (high resolution format provided by the sponsor)
- Discount on exhibition stand space fee (DKK 1650 instead of DKK 2200 per m2) and the possibility to select space first (If more than one Platinum Sponsor its first- come first serve)
- 6 free full delegate registrations

- Sponsorship of morning or afternoon symposium of 30 minutes. The programme including speakers and titles of presentations will be posted on the Conference website in advance. Congress APP
The congress APP will be available for Android and iPhone a couple of weeks prior to the Conference. The app will feature programme, general information, abstracts, exhibition floor plan and sponsorships. Your company logo is visible on the front page of the APP.

Exhibition only (floor space)
Price for floor space is DKK 2.200 per square meter excluding VAT (discount for Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors). Minimum 9m2 stand is sold – no maximum.
Please note that floor space, one table, one chair, electricity only, is included in the price.
Shell scheme, walls, carpet, flowers etc. can be ordered. An order form and price list will be sent to you along with the technical manual in the beginning of August 2022.

Exhibition
The exhibition area is located in the heart of the venue – in the foyer and at the balconies at The Concert Hall, Aarhus. It will include exhibition, catering and lounge areas.
